Liminal 1.0.1: Faster, Smoother and More Responsive

Liminal 1.0.1 is here

This update focuses on performance. We’ve reworked several parts of Liminal behind the scenes to reduce CPU usage, improve responsiveness and make everyday use feel smoother.

The transient-detection backend has been improved, delivering significant CPU gains during processing. We’ve also optimised parts of the effects chain, including the reverb module and increased compiler optimisations for release builds.

Preset changes and randomisation should now feel more responsive, with improvements made to reduce interface hangs while new settings are loaded.
